Villa Senaia includes on the inside:

• Linens for bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen, hairdryer;
• Pans, plates and dishes;
• Oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, microwave;
• Electricity, water, gas;
• Internet connection via modem and WI-FI; LCD / DVD, satellite and cable TV , radio, stereo;
• in the living room there is a library and board games for those who do not want to leave the villa;
• Mosquito nets;
• High chair and crib for children.

Villa Senaia includes on the outside:

• Fenced garden, barbecue, stone oven, laundry room with washing machine;
• Tables and chairs for outdoor dining, Mountain Bikes;
• Private parking;
• Swimming pool 12 x 6 meters with Roman steps, night lighting, chairs, umbrellas, sun shower, cervical spine waterfall. Swimming pool opening from May 1 to September 30 (depending on the season). The use during a thunderstorm is prohibited.
• Villa Senaia has containers for the separate collection of glass, plastic and paper.

Cleaning:

• Compulsory at the end of stay: € 150.
• Daily cleaning on request: € 15 per hour.

Heating and air conditioning:

• Heating upon request (usage-based pricing).
• Air conditioning for a fee (€ 0.6 x kwh).

Arrivals and departures:

• Normally, in the period from late May to late September, arrivals will be on Saturday from 16:00 to 19:00. • Minimum stay: 2 nights (except on high and mid season).
• Guests must have their personal identification document.
• The owner reserves the right to access to the villa to make any maintenance operations.
• It is not allowed to have more than the booked number of people staying at the villa.
