Regulations

Included in the price of the villa are: pool, electric, water and gas. Linen for the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are changed once a week.

Heating: On request - Prices are based on consumption.

Arrivals and departures: Saturday from 9.30 - 19.00

Minimum stay - 3 nights excluding high season

Prices for stays with duration for less than a week in low/middle season are on request.

Is forbidden to stay in the villa more people than the number allowed.

Each guest must have a document or some sort of identification.

Cleaning: compulsary end of stay EURO.100,00

               daily on request EURO.10,00 an hour

The owner reserves the right to access the villa for any eventual maintenance.

Mountain bikes: possible to rent daily for EURO.5,00 each

To book the villa we require by email/telephone a reservation indicating the period chosen. Once confirmed the owner will send a reservation voucher with a summery of the above written data and request payment. Once payment has been received the owner will then provide a receipt and confirmation ok booking.
