The Italian Hospitality Award (Premio Ospitalità Italiana) is promoted by Isnart and it aims to reward those tourism businesses that through their activities follow a quality and successful model of Italian hospitality in the world.
The added value is the way of awarding the prize: it is customers themselves who decide who is allowed to win the prize, through their feedbacks and votes.
